Martin Horwood was born in Cheltenham in 1962. He grew up in Leckhampton. Martin first became involved in Cheltenham politics while still at school here in 1979....
Martin was elected to represent Cheltenham in Parliament on 5 May 2005. That same year he was appointed to his party’s shadow home affairs team with specific responsibility for the Charities Bill
